Snoqualmie Tribal Member Portal: Update & What to Expect Next
General NewsThe Snoqualmie Tribal Member Portal is now live — offering a secure and personalized way for enrolled Members to view benefits, track usage, and connect with Tribal program staff.
Registration emails were sent out on July 14 from Handel IT (RiteTrack), the company that built the Portal. If you haven’t seen yours yet, please check your spam or junk folder, as the message often gets filtered there.
After registering, you’ll be asked to confirm your email address. Please note: due to how the RiteTrack platform is built, the confirmation email can take some time to arrive — it’s not immediate. We understand this can be confusing and appreciate your patience as the system completes each step.
What’s available now:
• View benefit information for yourself and your dependents
• Securely message staff through the Portal’s built-in ticket system
• Protect your information with password-protected login
This is just Phase 1 of a larger rollout. We’ve heard your feedback, and we’re actively preparing the next set of tools, including:
• Weekly Council updates
• A secure calendar of Tribal events
• Online forms and dashboard enhancements
If you haven’t received your registration email or are having trouble with the process, please reach out to the Tribal Administration Office at 425-888-6551 — we’re here to help. We created this Registration Guide to walk you through your first login.
This Portal was built to grow. Your voice matters, and your feedback will help shape what comes next.
